About Mabou Blooms

Mabou is a village on the western side of Cape Breton known for its pristine beauty. We are often told "Mabou is a village that looks like everyone cares for it". The Mabou & District Community Development Association (MDCDA) in partnership with Mabou Gardens, is dedicated to creating a vibrant and beautiful village atmosphere and is asking for your help to keep Mabou beautiful!

Mabou Gardens, our local supplier, plays a vital role in enhancing the beauty of our village with its stunning commercial hanging baskets and planters. However, their dedication doesn't stop there. They go above and beyond by providing regular maintenance such as watering and deadheading multiple times a week, ensuring that our flowers & streets, always look their best. This commitment adds charm and appeal to our community and to continue this wonderful initiative, we rely on fundraising efforts to cover the additional costs and upkeep of the flowers and bench sites.
