Run atop the Mabou Highlands and along the waters of the Northumberland Strait! The beautiful, rugged trails of Cape Mabou and Foot Cape will both inspire and challenge you. All race distances (46k, 86k and 160k) begin in Mabou at Beinn Mhàbu, Mabou’s satellite campus of the Gaelic College.
